I am working with a leading fresh produce business that prides itself on quality, efficiency and developing its people. They are looking for an Shift Packhouse Manager who is eager to learn, grow and progress into a more senior role within the business over time.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with supervisory or operational experience in fresh produce or agriculture. The Role

• Supporting the Packhouse Manager with all daily operations and deputising when required

• Leading and motivating teams to deliver on production, quality and customer service targets

• Managing budgets, controlling costs and producing clear performance reports

• Ensuring high standards of food safety, quality, health and safety, and hygiene are consistently achieved

• Planning labour and resources effectively to meet production targets

• Working as part of the wider site management team and providing support to another packhouse for up to 4 weeks a year during January or February
