Packing FLM | Cheese | Long Clawson
Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 + Profit Related Bonus
Hours: Mon - Fri 06:00 - 15:00

This business is nestled in the heart of the picturesque Vale of Belvoir and is seeking a Packing Front Line Manager to lead their team to success.

As the Packing FLM, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our packing department, overseeing the team to meet production targets and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

You will be responsible for preparing your team for each shift ensuring readiness for production and achieving the highest standards of production whilst promoting a safe working environment.

In-house, training will allow you to drive an environment of continuous improvement and optimise daily processes whilst also effectively communicating and collaborating between departments.

What you'll need:
* Proven managerial experience in manufacturing.
* Excellent people management and communication skills.
* Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
* Self-motivated with strong numeracy and literacy skills.
* Ambitious, adaptable, and driven to achieve results.
