Personal Assistant (FTC 6-8 months)

Our client is currently looking for an experienced and resourceful Personal Assistant (PA) to provide high-level support to one of the Directors in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex calendar and inbox management for the Director
  • Reconciles the Director's credit card and associated receipts. Produces the credit card summary and submits it to the Managing Director's PA.
  • Assists the Director with recruitment, including arranging interviews, candidate profiling, and production of personnel files and contracts.
  • Workday management - monitor employee records on the business system and follow company procedures to ensure records are kept up to date.
  • Coordinated business events and meetings by managing budget, logistics, and event support.
  • Assist in drafting project specific documents, presentations, minutes, and reports for Director's review
  • Prepare meeting rooms ahead of large meetings, arrange catering, collate and promptly distribute all documents to relevant staff for swift action.

Working Hours
