Planteria Manager and Buyer | East Sussex

£33,000 - £38,000

Bored of being penned into a single Plant Area?

Know you're capable of more but you just don't have the opportunity to do it in your current role?

You know who you are. You are a knowledgeable plant enthusiast with buying experience that is driven to develop your career further.

What better place to do that than in a top UK company?

What does this mean for me? Well, you will be working within a small group of Centres with a knowledgeable team who love their jobs. Being able to learn from each other will help progression going forward.

What will I be doing?

This role is not going to be like a Plant Area Manager anywhere else in the industry, we mean it when we say no two days are the same - but that's what you get with such a unique company.

You will be managing teams across all of our sites, buying all horticulture stock across the company, mainly plants.

Who will I be working for?

A small company in the UK who are always looking at where they can continue to grow in the future.

They've built their foundations on a fantastic reputation and there's no question about how they are one of the best companies in the area. What a great name to add to your CV!

Very big on internal progression and are happy to move people between sites, so the option is there for you to grow within the company.

You

You'll already be working in a plant area. You might be a manager who needs a bigger challenge or a manager who wants to take a step into multi-site management, either way, we want to hear from you.

A Horticulture Management background is a must within this role, ideally with buying experience.
