Plant Area Manager | Berkshire

£30,000 - £35,000

Bored of being stuck in your current position?

Know you're capable of more but you just don't have the opportunity to do it in your current role?

You know who you are. You are a knowledgeable plant enthusiast who is driven to develop your career further.

What does this mean for me? Well, you will be working within a family-run garden centre with a passionate team who love their jobs. Being able to learn off each other which will help progression going forward.

What will I be doing?

This role is not going to be like a Plant Area Manager anywhere else in the industry, we mean it when we say no two days are the same - but that's what you get with such a unique company.

You will be managing the Planteria team within the store, also assisting with the ordering of the plants.

Who will I be working for?

An independent company who are always looking at where they can continue to grow in the future.

They've built their foundations on a fantastic reputation and there's no questions around how they are a well-known company in the area. What a great name to add to your CV!

You'll already be working in a plant area. You might be a manager who needs a bigger challenge or a manager that wants to take a step into a plant area that you can really make your own, either way, we want to hear from you.

Horticulture Management background is a must within this role, ideally with ordering experience as well.
