About the Job
This role offers an exciting opportunity to become a key player in a small and flexible team at a pivotal time for the future of Wales and the UK. You will have the opportunity to lead on policy issues that match your interest and experience.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of issues facing rural Wales. A strong knowledge of political and policy making processes as well as an understanding of the evolving devolution settlement for Wales. A relevant professional qualification or equivalent with strong interpersonal skills.

We will be looking for a confident and professional individual who is keen to develop and progress their career.
