About Our Client

We are working with a leading food manufacturer who supply into the retail sector and are looking for an experienced process technologist to join the business.

About the Job

Manage the transfer of products from kitchen to factory
Managing factory trials and processes for the successful launch of new products.
Order new raw materials for trials and agree on new raw material specifications.
Ensure approved product is tested for shelf life (micro & organoleptic), nutrition & cooking guidelines.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally will have a proven track as a process technologist in a chilled multi-component environment. Ideally, you will have a degree or similar, in a food science or related subject. You have the ability to influence and communicate on all levels.
