About Our Client

A hugely successful and well-established grower of fresh produce to many of the UK's best loved retailers. This is a family-run business growing produce across 100 of hectares of land across Kent in addition to sourcing products from across the globe.

About the Job

You will manage and drive a dedicated team to deliver the highest level of production and packing to fulfil the daily plan. Needless to say, you will be responsible for KPI's and OEE of the operational process whilst delivering on 5s, Hygiene and H&S standards.

The Ideal Candidate

It is essential that you a manager with a proven track record of Produciton / Operations within a fast paced, short shelf-life food environment, knowledge of lean methods and come with a flexible, positive and proactive approach.
