Production Supervisor (Twilight) | Food | Derby

Salary up to £32k
Hours: Twilight shift (but opportunities to move to other hours available)

This business produces a range of high quality food products to a huge a range of both food service and hospitality customers. They are a business on a journey of growth, development and investment, so are looking for an ambitious person to join the team and grow with them.

You will manage and drive a dedicated team to deliver the highest level of production to fulfil the daily plan. Needless to say, you will be responsible for KPI's and OEE of the operational process whilst delivering on 5s, Hygiene and H&S standards.

What do you need?

• It is essential that you are a proven manager/supervisor who has a proven track record of Produciton / Operations within a fast paced, short shelf-life food environment.
• Knowledge of lean methods and come with a flexible, positive and proactive approach would be great.
• A management style that is engaging for your teams, but also not shy of pushing the standards so people and business grows and develops.
