The role

You will look after a specific area of the production, managing a team and supporting your team leaders. Ensure health & safety procedures are being adhered to. Constant management of KPIs and frequent meetings with managers to ensure targets are being met.

About you

• Experience in ready to eat environment
• Experience coaching and mentoring a team
• HACCP Level 3 desired
• Food Safety Level 3
• IOSH desired
• Communication skills
