Job description
Are you a Junior Project Coordinator or a recent Project Management graduate looking to gain hands-on experience within a growing, market-leading business? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Role
As Project Coordinator, you will support the Projects team across a variety of business-critical initiatives. You'll work closely with department heads and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to key areas of the business while developing your project management capability.
This is a fantastic opportunity to:

Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes

You will collaborate with exciting and fast-paced teams including Supply Chain, Customer Services, Warehouse, and Logistics, helping to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
About You
We're looking for someone who is early in their project management career and eager to learn, develop, and make an impact.
You will ideally have:
Some project coordination or project-based experience (placement year or internship considered)
A proactive and confident communication style
Experience supporting project delivery, documenting processes, and driving continuous improvement
An understanding of end-to-end business processes (order to dispatch would be advantageous)
Knowledge of branding, marketing, or value engineering (desirable but not essential)
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across multi-disciplinary teams
The ability to build rapport and perform well in fast-paced or challenging environments
The ambition and capability to progress into future departmental leadership roles
