Our client is one of the leading producers and distributors of prepared fruit across the globe.

About the Job
The business is looking to recruit an experienced Quality Assurance Auditor to join the team based in Wisbech. The shift pattern is 4 on / 3 off (Wednesday-Saturday) 3 on /4 off (Thursday- Saturday) from 08:00 -20:00. The role will cover sampling, testing and auditing to verify that products are being manufactured in a safe and compliant manner. You will also need to complete all necessary documentation ensuring that it is kept accurate and ready for internal and external audits.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar role within food/fresh produce sector and have a thorough understanding of Quality Control principles. Having good IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) and excellent communication skills is essential.
