Our client are an Award-Winning Family Business based in Skegness who are going from Strength to Strength - now looking to add a Quality Assurance Assistant to the Team

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete QA records, device checks, and all documentation of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks promptly.
• Ensure product labelling and packaging meet our customers' visual specifications.
• Log non-conformances.
• Routinely check ungraded and packed product warehouses during the shift.
• Check pest traps on site.
• Maintain all aspects of the Quality Assurance systems and procedures in the Packing Centre, as per the Quality Manual.
• Liaise with the PC Management team to ensure the good quality of the product and rectify any issues.
• Assist in investigations into complaints and quality failures, compiling reports as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with pre-requisites detailed in the HACCP plan.
• Comply with the Company's food safety, hygiene, and health and safety policies and procedures.

Skills/Qualifications Required:

• Excellent attendance record.
• Excellent time-keeping record.
• Attention to detail.
• Team player who supports and respects the rest of the team but can also work independently.
• Own transport to and from site is essential.
