About the Role
This fantastic QA Manager opportunity is ideal for someone wanting to lead a team, develop the QMS and drive quality improvement plans with suppliers, participate in customer and supplier audits, manage the supplier approval process, handle customer specifications, and work with the senior management team to ensure food safety and compliance is in line with customer codes of practice. This role is 4 on 4 off 6pm - 6am shift.

The Ideal Candidate
For this role, you will be currently working as a Quality Control Manager / QA Manager within a food manufacturing business or looking for your first QA Manager position. You will have a good working knowledge of retailer standards, high and low-risk production, experience with QMS, good experience in leading and developing a team, you will hold HACCP and Food safety certification. Experience in BRC Food Safety Standards, retail customer standards and managing 3rd party audits, and supplier audit requirements would be advantageous You will have excellent communication skills across the board and have a flexible approach to work.
