A leading fresh produce business is seeking an experienced QA to manage fresh produce quality. The role is responsible for assessing and managing product quality across the supply chain, ensuring customer specifications are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess raw material and finished product quality through inspections
• Manage stock rotation and product allocations based on quality
• Build strong relationships with growers, suppliers and partner pack sites
• Support traceability, waste management and product testing

About You:

• Experience in QA or product quality within fresh produce
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Good attention to detail
• Flexible to travel and weekend work on a rota basis
