About our Client

We are recruiting for an established and highly regarded fresh produce business supplying retail, food service and food manufacturing customers with a variety of fresh produce.

About the Role

As QA Supervisor you will be ensuring all products meet customer specification while making sure product waste is kept to a minimum, you will positively realise products before dispatch, you will assess shelf life samples and fill in reports accurately. You will supervise the QA team, and cover for the QA Manager when they aren't on-site,

The Ideal Candidate

This role would suit a QA / QC Supervisor who has worked with fresh produce, ideally fruit. You will have good attention to detail and the ability to make decisions. This role is a 3 on 3 off 6pm-6am shift.
