We are working with a leading name in fresh produce, committed to operational excellence and quality assurance. We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead their Quality Assurance Team working Wednesday 6.00 -14.00 and Thursday - Saturday 6.00 - 18.00.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive operational excellence by optimising QMS Policies, Processes, and Procedures.
• Lead a high-performance QA Team, fostering a culture of quality and safety.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and legality standards through internal audits and process improvements.
• Manage pesticide and microbiological testing schedules to uphold product quality.
• Mentor and develop the QA Team, promoting continuous improvement and a customer-first culture.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a QA role within the fresh produce industry (2 years desirable).
• Qualifications in Internal Auditing and HACCP Level 1 (HACCP Level 2 desirable).
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required; experience with Navision and Teams preferred.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated behaviours aligned with business core values and behaviours.
