The Client

The client is a leading grower and packer of fresh produce based across 5 sites in Kent. Due to growth within the business, they're looking for a QC supervisor to join the team.

The Role

The role is to provide leadership and guidance within the quality team and support the quality standards required within the business. You will be instructing and leading the team to deliver the quality stands across all QC functions making decisions where necessary in order to achieve customer service levels and standards. Also support the production team training of procedures, compliance and quality standards. You would be managing a team of 10.

The Candidate

The right candidate will need to have good understanding of the food safety compliance and standards ideally gained within fresh produce. Also have experience with leading, motivating and developing a team and demonstrable knowledge, experience and skills within a quality control environment.
