Our client is a manufacture of a variety of value-added fresh food products who supply the major retailers, foodservice and food to go sectors. The business works closely with its customers to create the best tasting products of the highest quality.

About the Job

As Quality Manager, you will ensure that all customer-specific quality requirements are met and understood by the operational team. To ensure that all relevant customer quality attributes are developed and recorded on the correct paperwork. To work with the NPD team to develop QAS standards in line with the customers' expectations. You will manage the Quality Technologist.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally, you will have a degree in Food Science / Microbiology or Biology, with at least 3 years working in a food manufacturing technical / Quality role. Good experience and understanding of Quality Systems and Quality Management, Level 3 in Food Safety & HACCP, working knowledge of BRC. This role is primarily working Sunday - Thursday shift.
