About Our Client

We are working with a leading fresh produce grower and packer, that packs a variety of fruit for UK retailers. They are recruiting for a Quality Supervisor to lead a team of 8. They are a fantastic business and are certainly expanding, so it is an exciting time to join the business.

About the Job

As Quality Supervisor you will report into the Technical Manager and you will manage the QC team, you will ensure the rota is in place and all roles are covered. You will be involved in end of season reviews for the growers, you will ensure the correct product is packed for customer orders, you will run KPI quality reports and communicate within the business.

The Ideal Candidate

This will suit a fresh produce QC \ QA with a proven experience of managing a team. Ideally, you will be working within a fresh produce environment, but we will look at food manufacturing. You must be a strong decision-maker. Have excellent communication at all levels. Able to manage and work effectively within a busy team. Good IT skills.

Full driving licence and car.
