About Our Client

We are working with a market-leading packer, that packs a variety of fruit and vegetables for UK retailers. They are recruiting for a Quality Trainer to join the business in this new position. The purpose of this role is to continuously provide a high level of Product Quality based training, coaching and mentoring, across a variety of departments within the business. They are a fantastic business and are certainly expanding, so it is an exciting time to join the expanding team.

About the Job

As Quality Trainer you will identify and deliver a bespoke training plan for the business, you will ensure Quality and Compliance Training records are kept up to date across employees- in particular those based in the Packhouse. You will deliver quality training to new starters in the business.

The Ideal Candidate

This will suit a fresh produce QC \ QA with experience of working with citrus and grapes. Experience of working within a training role would be preferred, however, working knowledge of the product category is essential. You will have Food Safety and HACCP Level 2 certificates and Train the Trainer qualification is desirable. Good IT skills with extensive knowledge of MS Office suite, along with excellent verbal and written skills. You must be confident and feel comfortable delivering training to a variety of staff members.

Flexible approach to work, with the ability to work night shifts when required as the business operates 24/7
