About the Job
This is an exciting role for a Chartered Valuation Surveyor to undertake Red Book Valuations. The role will involve valuations for a range of properties. The opportunity will provide a chance to join a successful and professional team.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an MRICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor with a few years' experience and ideally, a RICS registered Valuer. A member of the CAAV would be desirable. The candidate will be fun, approachable, a team player with a personable approach to building and maintaining relationships.
