About our client

The client is a family-owned Centre that has an extremely successful restaurant attached to the side. The restaurant is a couple of years old and since its release, it has gone from strength to strength with the aim of only continuing. This centre is very well run by an extremely hands-on owner who only wants the best for all their staff.

About the job

You will be overseeing the whole operation within the restaurant which ranges from leading the team, following a financial programme, making sure customer service is as high as it can be, all operations and also keeping the menu up to date and ordering stock.

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will come from an experienced Restaurant Manager background where they have been in charge of overseeing the whole operation such as menu planning, all financial control, and staying on top of hygiene within the centre. Leading a coaching a team is also a must as this client likes to see in house development.
