Key Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering daily and weekly workloads with processes in place
• Communicating to all departments with set targets and timelines.
• Ensuring you and your team are fully conversant with Point of Sale best practice.
• Train and lead a dedicated team when it comes to customer service.

About you

The ideal candidate will preferably come from a retail background with proven management qualities and a passion for driving sales. You will have great knowledge of the retail world as you will be assisting everything that happens within the centre. You will take initiative, developing best practises and overseeing the organisation all while working closely with the Centre Manager.
