Our client is a leading award winning garden centre within the industry. They're passionate about helping customers cultivate beautiful outdoor spaces and gardens. You will play a crucial role in curating and maintaining an exceptional plant selection, providing expert guidance to customers, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plant area.

About the role

As RetailPlant Area Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the plant area. Providing expert advice on plant selection, care and gardening practices. As well as this you will lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service too.

The ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience managing the running of a plant area within a garden centre. As well as this they will have sound plant knowledge and experience of leading a team. Our client has also mentioned that they are open to candidates with good retail management backgrounds who have an interest in Horticulture.
