An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join a fantastic team and become a key member of the Rural Land Management and Consultancy team based in Suffolk. The team's technical excellence ensures an impressive client base and they advise on some of the most prestigious estates in the County as well as across East Anglia.
The team has an established reputation as leader in the rural estate management and consultancy advice market and are seeking a qualified surveyor to take the lead on a number of key management clients. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate wishing to take responsibility for delivering diverse estate management advice and to get involved in a whole range of rural businesses. You will be the principal contact and have immediate responsibility to deliver on the aspirations of those clients.
The Role:
Organic farming
Environmental and woodland schemes
Livestock farming
Tourism
Leisure and wedding venues
As well as managing the financial aspects of those businesses
The Candidate:
Experienced in the rural sector with a passion for rural estates.
Commercially astute and hands on with a strong sense of making a difference.
Develop leadership skills by taking responsibility for a small team.
Able to take financial responsibility
Networking and selling skills
Presentation skills
Professionally qualified MRICS
Excellent research and analytical skills
Excellent IT skills including use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
