Rural Chartered Surveyor

A new opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, successful and growing team within an independent firm of Rural Chartered Surveyor, Land, Property and Planning Consultants advising land and property owners throughout the East Midlands and this position would be based in Norwich.

This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a diverse range of professional work with a clear pathway for progression within a firm of brilliant reputation. They have a portfolio of long-standing clients who are fond of the personal approach and long-standing relationships

The Job:

Advising on a large range of land and property related matters including valuations, planning, development issues, compensation claims, farming, tenancy agreements, succession planning, BPS and grant schemes.
Scope for great career progression and development.
Opportunity to be involved in development and strategic direction for the business, with partnership available for the right person.
Diverse and loyal client base

The Candidate:

MRICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor
Ideally FAAV qualified but not essential
A motivated and organised individual with the ability to take on responsibility of clients.
Career driven
Confident and competent to give advice on a wide range of professional matters.
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills and a great team player.
