We are excited to be working with this highly regarded, rural, commercial and residential property agency. This is a smaller firm with a brilliant reputation for working with a close knit team. We are looking for driven candidates who are capable of skilled negotiation, you'll be a great networker and credible in all matters concerning agricultural property. We are looking to strengthen the team in the Oxfordshire area.

From the network of offices throughout East Anglia, the Midlands and Yorkshire as well as internationally we are looking to strengthen the team with a new ambitious rural surveyor.

The role will see you involved in a diverse range of rural practice.

The key responsibilities range from working with a range of farm business, stock taking, tenancies, undertaking commercial valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals.

You will get the opportunity to offer professional and technical advice to farms and estates, you will be valuing property and other assets, advise on legal issues - working with some of the best agriculture clients in the market.

Do you love negotiating the best 'win-win' deals? Can you solve problems and sell solutions to the challenges our clients face?

As a MRICS qualified rural surveyor we'd like to see previous work experience with an agricultural surveying/farm business consulting company or a strong interest in that field. Looking for someone with a practical knowledge of rural land management, residential property management, environmental issues and all rural surveying trends. As part of the team you will use your knowledge and experience to advise and support colleagues.
