About the Job
The role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with experience in managing a diverse range of rural assets particularly let farms, residential property and other rural assets. The opportunity involves managing a significant portfolio of rural assets. It will involve acting as principal agent and working closely with senior colleagues.
Delivering high standards within deadlines, budgeting and strong communication skills will be key in this role.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an MRICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor with a few years' experience. A strong team leader with experience in managing a team. A member of the CAAV would be desirable. The candidate will be fun, approachable, a team player with a personable approach to building and maintaining relationships.
