About the Job
The role will involve a broad range of rural professional matters including Basic Payment Scheme, Countryside Stewardship, Compulsory Purchase, Valuation, Landlord and Tenant, Rural Planning and Environmental Land Management Schemes.

The position offers strong career prospects as well as an opportunity to join an experienced and expanding team of rural professionals who pride themselves on delivering a high standard of service.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an MRICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor with a few years' experience and ideally, a RICS registered valuer. A member of the CAAV would be desirable. The candidate will be fun, approachable, a team player with a personable approach to building and maintaining relationships.
