We are excited to be working with an expanding firm of Rural Chartered Surveyors, Land Agents and Valuers predominantly covering the North West of England.

About Our Client
This is an exciting up and coming land agency business with expansion plans in the pipeline. They cover the whole of the North West with the bulk of clients residing in West Lancashire.

About the Job
The role will involve a range of professional work including Basic Payment Scheme, Countryside Stewardship, Red Book Valuations reports as well as Estate Management including landlord and tenant negotiations. The role will also involve advice on planning, diversification schemes, development and strategic planning, residential lettings and management, compensations advice and wayleaves negotiations.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an MRICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor with a few years' experience and ideally, a RICS registered valuer. A member of the CAAV would be desirable. The candidate will be fun, approachable, a team player with a personable approach to building and maintaining relationships.
