We are excited to be working with a well-respected firm of Rural Chartered Surveyors, an opportunity for a qualified rural surveyor to join an exciting, forward-thinking and dynamic team based in Shropshire with offices covering Shropshire, Worcestershire, Mid Wales, the West Midlands and neighbouring counties.

About the Job
In this role you will be working closely to play a significant part of a forward-thinking team. You will be involved in a range of rural consultancy matters. The successful candidate will undertake work in a wide range of areas including land management, planning, valuation, property agency, Basic Payment Scheme, compensation and environmental grant schemes.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a RICS accredited degree and FAAV favourable. The candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and good at building relationships. A team player with team leader potential as well as being organised with good commercial awareness along with great verbal and written communication skills.
