An exciting opportunity has arisen with a successful firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Wales. They are looking for an ambitious MRICS qualified Rural Surveyor to take a lead role and join their growing team.

About Our Client
The firm is a very well-established business consisting of Chartered Surveyors, Auctioneers, Valuers and Estate Agents in South Wales. They provide a range of consultancy services and offer a dynamic working environment with an ambitious growth plan.

About the Job
The role offers a varied workload within a range of professional rural work. You will undertake valuations of rural and residential property as well as sales and lettings of rural property. The work may include compensation claims, compensation, compulsory purchase as well as some livestock auctioneering. An exciting opportunity to get involved in a diverse range of professional work with a clear pathway for progression within a firm of brilliant reputation.

The Ideal Candidate
The right candidate will be an MRICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor with qualifications or training towards CAAV. The ideal candidate will have a sound working knowledge of all RICS valuations standards and relevant RICS practice statement.

The desirable candidate will have a strong rural background and a good understanding of agriculture with strong communication skills.
