They advise and manage a range of client portfolios with national visibility across a range of sectors; rural, commercial, development, residential, infrastructure services and sustainable energy.

About the Job
The job will include areas of professional work, providing advice to both landlord and tenant as well as Estate Management. You will be undertaking property valuations, identifying new business opportunities and promoting brand throughout the region. Managing and developing client relationships, assisting in sales and lettings of property, compensation claims, grants and subsidies and assisting with clients and colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor who strives for career progression. We will consider a range of experience, from recently qualified to someone at a more senior level. The candidate will be fun, approachable, a team player with a personable approach to building and maintaining relationships.
