The Role
To manage a portfolio of management and professional instructions and develop long term relationships with Private Estate clients and to contribute to the evolution of the Department's business plan, bringing forward new clients and initiatives.
- Work on a portfolio of management and professional instructions and develop appropriate relationships with Private Estate clients.
- Deal with the instructions and report regularly to the clients and partners responsible
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of the rural marketplace and competition
- Project manage the day-to-day delivery of all client projects within the local team, ensuring client's requirements are met within agreed timescales
- To take a leading role in the Private Estates team taking responsibility for the efficient delivery of key areas of the service across the Division, carrying out research where necessary and communicating the outcomes
- To manage, mentor and motivate direct reports to inspire them to deliver profitable work of high quality
About you
- Qualified in rural practice with extensive post qualification experience
- Specialist in managing rural estates for Private clients
- Strong intellect
- Leadership and management experience
- Excellent relationship builder
