Rural Surveyor | Hampshire

A successful firm of Rural Chartered Surveyors has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Qualified Rural Surveyor to join the team based in Hampshire.

Responsibilities will include working alongside the partners in a diverse range of rural professional work. The successful candidate will be working predominantly on a growing rural and residential property portfolio as part of a small team dedicated to high profile operational clients. You must be able to work both independently and within a busy team.

The Job:
Valuations and market appraisals
Estate, farm and commercial management
Landlord and tenant
Land sales and acquisitions
Rural planning
Subsidy schemes and stewardship applications
Utilities and compensation claims
Land and development

The Candidate:
MRICS accredited degree
Ambitious and focused
Strong ties or hands-on experience of farming or rural land management
Adaptable with a can-do attitude
Organised with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and client service skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to network and obtain good working relationships
