They have a portfolio of long-standing clients who are fond of the personal approach and long-standing relationships. Many clients are based locally although they represent national clients. The role:
Property sales and acquisitions
Valuations
Basic Payment Scheme
Planning and development (rural land/property)
Agri-environmental Schemes
Compulsory purchase
Land and estate management

The candidate:
MRICS qualified and FAAV favourable but not essential
Strong written and communication skills
Experienced in farm and rural agency
Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Organised and good diary management
Adaptable to a range of work
Strong leadership skills
