About the Job
This is an interesting role for a qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor to join their established and growing team dealing with infrastructure projects from inception to completion.

The job will include valuation, land referencing, GIS mapping, compulsory purchase, statutory rights and managing land aspects during construction. The role will involve liaising with landowners, tenants, contractors and surveying professionals.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be MRICS or AssocRICS qualified with a few years of experience working within a similar role. The candidate will be ambitious, organised, results-driven, with attention to detail and keen to solve challenges with good commercial awareness along with great verbal and written communication skills. A keen team player and possible experience in managing diverse teams.
