Rural Surveyor | Chartered | South Yorkshire

Through continued growth, we are looking for a rural surveyor to join a well-respected friendly company in the south Yorkshire area.

Our client

We are working with a national firm of chartered surveyors who keep up with the times professionally and socially, they work hard for their clients but also make time for staff days out, BBQs, and CPD days.

Covering rural, commercial, development, residential, infrastructure services, and sustainable energy, the company offers a wide range of opportunities and security.

The role

Managing the delivery of general rural practice matters with a range of clients and tenants. Undertaking compensation and compulsory purchase work for landowners and acquiring authorities on a variety of projects, including managing the delivery of work. Lease advisory work including new lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, for both AHA and FBT agreements.

Mentoring and training of junior staff through APC and CAAV exams.

The candidate

MRICS with a couple of years of experience to pass on to the next generation of graduate surveyors. Ideally FAAV. Capable of managing a small team, training and support can be given to candidates who show potential and who are looking for the next step in their career.
