Rural Surveyor | Chartered | West Sussex

Our client

We are working with a leading independent firm of chartered surveyors' agricultural valuers, planning consultants and farm and estate agents providing a diverse range of property-related services throughout the region.

The role

As part of an expansion plan, we are looking for someone to join the team. You will be working directly with two of the most experienced and respected agricultural valuers and consultants in the Southeast.

You will be involved in a diverse and interesting range of rural consultancy matters including agricultural valuations, landlord and tenant matters, BPS and environmental stewardship, land development and compulsory purchase.

In return they will provide support and hands on training to ensure you thrive in the company with the ability to progress to partner.

The candidate

The successful candidate will be MRICS and ideally CAAV qualified with experience in the rural sector, able to provide recommendations to clients based on technical knowledge and experience. You will be a keen networker, confident, resourceful and capable of building and maintaining good relationships with colleagues and clients.

An affinity with and knowledge of farming and the agricultural community is essential.
