We have a fantastic opportunity that has arisen with a successful firm of Chartered Surveyors. They are looking for an ambitious MRICS qualified Rural Surveyor to join a growing team of successful Surveyors.

About the Job
The job presents an exciting opportunity to get involved in a diverse range of professional work with a clear pathway for progression within a firm of brilliant reputation.

An important part of this role will be Red Book Valuation as well as developing business opportunity. The role will be diverse and deal with a range of agricultural property as well as general professional work. You will be involved in tenancies, environmental schemes, basic payment schemes, planning, wayleaves and easements.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be MRICS or AssocRICS qualified with a few years of experience working within a similar role. The candidate will be ambitious, organised, results-driven, with attention to detail and keen to solve challenges with good commercial awareness along with great verbal and written communication skills. A keen team player and possible experience in managing diverse teams.
