About Our Client
This is a growing business with an ambitious growth plan. They offer a dynamic working environment within a well organised structure within infrastructure and utilities. They work on a number of large-scale projects across the UK. Currently working on high quality specialist services covering Compulsory Purchase and Development Consent Orders, Access & Rights, Compensation, Agricultural Liaison, Land Referencing, Acquisitions & Sales, Valuation and Planning & Development.

About the Job
In this role you will be working closely to support the fast-growing team in the South East branch. You will be involved with exciting projects whilst playing a significant part of the team.

The role will include working on one of their fastest growing clients to deliver exciting projects from feasibility through to project completion, compensation negotiation, working with a growing team on project deliverables covering land acquisitions, valuations, strategy, compulsory purchase and development consent orders and managing land aspects during construction.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a RICS accredited degree and be comfortable mentoring junior colleagues to help them develop on their APC/ AssocRICS journey. The candidate will be organised, results driven, with attention to detail and keen to solve challenges with good commercial awareness along with great verbal and written communication skills. You'll have a strong appreciation of the market for telecoms sites and have great negotiation skills.
