About the Job
This is an interesting role for a qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor to join our client's established and growing Estates team in Leicestershire.

The job will include the management of a wide range of property types within national portfolios as well as some broad general practice rural surveying. You will be doing some tenant management and working closely to support the fast-growing and vibrant team with the growing number of clients. Also identifying new business opportunities, managing and developing both new and existing client relationships.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be MRICS or AssocRICS qualified with a few years' experience working within a similar role. The candidate will be ambitious, organised, results-driven, with attention to detail, and keen to solve challenges with good commercial awareness along with great verbal and written communication skills. A keen team player and possible experience in managing diverse teams.
A successful candidate will require a practical understanding of property, land, business and agriculture and will have a proven track record in dealing with clients in a professional manner.
