About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to develop and grow rural services from the Northamptonshire branch as part of a highly motivated team with significant career progression.

The job will include areas of professional work, providing advice to both landlord and tenant as well as Estate Management. You will be undertaking property valuations, identifying new business opportunities and promoting brand throughout the region. Managing and developing client relationships, assisting in sales and lettings of property, compensation claims, grants and subsidies, and assisting with clients and colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be MRICS or AssocRICS qualified with experience working within a similar firm. The candidate will have a practical understanding of property, land, business and agriculture. A keen team player and possible experience in managing diverse teams as well as a proven track record in dealing with clients in a professional manner.
