About Our Client

Currently working on high quality specialist services covering Compulsory Purchase and Development Consent Orders, Access & Rights, Compensation, Agricultural Liaison, Land Referencing, Acquisitions & Sales, Valuation and Planning & Development.

About the Job

In this role you will be working closely to support the fast-growing office in East Midlands advising a growing number of clients. The role offers a fantastic opportunity with plenty of scope for expansion.

The role will involve working on exciting large-scale projects from feasibility through to project completion, working with a growing team on project deliverables covering strategy, land acquisitions, valuations, compulsory purchase, compensation negotiation and development consent orders and managing land aspects during construction.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a RICS accredited degree or equivalent. The candidate will be ambitious, organised, results-driven, with attention to detail, and keen to solve challenges with good commercial awareness along with great verbal and written communication skills. A keen team player and possible experience in managing diverse teams.
