We are working with a very reputable and exciting firm of Chartered Surveyors who provide professional advice within property and surveying across the UK.

We are working with a multi-disciplinary firm of Chartered Surveyors. They provide an outstanding service to clients with in-depth and original advice giving them an excellent reputation with clients which is how they have built the business to date.
This is a progressive business with an ambitious growth plan. They offer a dynamic working environment within a well-organised structure within infrastructure and utilities.

About the Job
The role will involve working on exciting projects from feasibility through to project completion, working with a growing team on project deliverables covering land acquisitions, valuations, compensation negotiation, compulsory purchase, strategy and development consent orders and managing land aspects during construction.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a RICS accredited degree or equivalent as well as ideally being a couple of years post qualified. The candidate will be ambitious, organised, results-driven, with attention to detail, and keen to solve challenges with good commercial awareness along with great verbal and written communication skills. A keen team player and possible experience in managing diverse teams.
