About our Client

Our client is a well-established, specialist, supplier of trees and shrubs across the south of England. They provide continued support to trade and private customers, ensuring the process is thorough from start to finish. This small, but busy business is now looking for someone to support their private clients.

About the Role

This exciting role will involve working within an advising position, mainly dealing with a range of trade professionals, from the horticulture industry. The role will be based around taking calls and providing a step-by-step service of meeting the customers' needs and requirements. Upselling and discussing the product range will play a key part of this role.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous horticultural experience is essential as you will be expecting to be able to guide and advise your customers. You will need to be a confident and engaging candidate who is happy to deal with queries and objections when required. Flexibility is important as the hours in this position can vary. A background of the trees, shrubs or landscaping would be beneficial.
