The Ideal Candidate

To be right for this role, you will need a real passion for the horticulture sector, with previous experience delivering customer success/account management. You will need to be a strong communicator and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.

About the Role

In this role you will support the senior commercial team to deliver first class customer service, as well as develop retail sales and flow plans. You will liaise with all teams internally ensure dedicated sales windows are met that have been set out by the customer. 2+ days a week will be spent on the road visiting growing sites, customers, trade shows and events.
