Location: Colchester, Essex (Office-based, 5 days per week)

What do I need?

We're looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach. You might be:

  • An experienced sales or account management professional looking for a fresh challenge in the horticultural sector, or

  • A more junior candidate with a genuine passion for plants, growing, or horticulture who's eager to learn and develop within the industry.

You'll also bring:

  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a practical, can-do attitude.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Confidence in handling customer enquiries, preparing quotes, and providing top-tier service.

  • Experience in horticulture, agriculture, or supplying growers (advantageous but not essential).
