Sales Support Exec | Fresh Produce | £21k

We are working with a very interesting and rapidly growing fresh produce business who are looking to add a new member of staff to their Sales Exec team.

About the Job:
Working as a member of the Sales team you will ensure the efficient management of retail requirements including supporting commercial managers, customer admin, stock admin the sales order process.
For the key accounts you are allocated you will take ownership of order processing, customer query resolution, invoicing and invoice queries. You will assist the Account Manager with administration requirements along with the updating of weekly pricing.
To ensure orders are fulfilled you will monitor stocks and work with procurement to address any potential issues, working alongside the Operations team you will ensure maximum pack out is achieved and that packing charges are implemented fairly.

The Ideal Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

Experience working in the fresh produce sector or fmcg industry.
Values driven and happy to work ethically providing the best service to achieve highest levels of performance.
Excellent communication, relationships building and communication skills will be required.
